General Information
Completion of this course will allow the student to acquire the necessary skills to be able to manage the heterogeneous activities of a secretary.
The first module of the course is devoted to the study of accounting techniques which are essential for the proper conduct of secretarial activities. It puts particular emphasis on management, the recording and archiving of documents and the keeping of a petty cash book.
The course proceeds and covers the D. Lgs 81/2008 and s.m.i guidelines regarding "Health and Safety at Work" and continues covering "Privacy and personal data", with reference to the D. Lgs. 196/03 legislation.
Students taking this course must have already acquired a good understanding of the Office Packages to be able to explore some advanced topics which are particularly useful for a secretary who has to link files produced by different software.
During the course, user will also learn about the instruments and terminology used to manage contacts with banks and other companies.
