L'esperto di Networking è uno specialista delle reti di calcolatori in grado di installare e configurare reti distribuite sia in ambito locale (Local Area Network - LAN) sia sui collegamenti geografici (Wide Area
Network - WAN), su dispositivi quali router e switch, nonchè di offrire le conoscenze necessarie ad ottimizzare i progetti implementati, monitorare il funzionamento e pianificare la futura evoluzione della rete.
Il corso ha come obiettivo quello di formare una figura professionale in grado di rispondere alle nuove esigenze aziendali nell'ambito delle telecomunicazioni e networking; l'utente potrà installare, configurare e operare all'interno di servizi LAN, WAN e accesso remoto per piccole reti, utilizzando i protocolli IP, IGRP, Serial, Frame Relay, IP RIP, VLANs, RIP, Ethernet, Access Lists e altri.
Durante il corso si affronteranno fondamenti del networking, router e routing, switching di base, tecnologie WAN.
Il corso fornisce le conoscenze necessarie per prepararsi alla certificazione CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), esame di certificazione CISCO 640-802 passaporto fondamentale per entrare in modo professionale nel settore del networking.
